Koktobe City is being developed on 12 hectares of land in the most prestigious Medeu district of Almaty city. This is the first project in Kazakhstan that obtained a Japanese standard certificate in earthquake safety. The complex will be adorned with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants and will also feature a medical centre, central square, two kindergartens and a fitness club with a swimming pool.
The Koktobe City will feature 1,500 apartments as "smart houses". It is implemented to open up the possibility to achieve a higher quality of construction in conjunction with a shorter timescale and significant budget-saving.
